Please note that we are not able to guarantee next working day delivery. We will do our best to ensure that your parcel is delivered as swiftly as possible but please allow 3 working days for deliveries, from the time of dispatch, in case of problems.
We aim to process orders within 24hours, excepting over weekends and bank holidays when orders will be processed on the next regular working day.
Ordering and Payment
Ordering is simple; you can either use our secure online shop, or contact us by phone. If you are unsure of what to order, please contact us and we will do our best to give you all the advice you need.
We require payment in full ahead of dispatch.
When ordering online you can pay using your PayPal account or using your credit/debit card.
Please ensure that you have provided a contact telephone number and any necessary instructions for the courier.
Cancellations and Returns
We will do our best to ensure that you are happy with every purchase that you make, but we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item.
You have the right to cancel any purchase within 7 working days of receipt of your order. The total of your invoice will be refunded in full as soon as possible but we will not cover the cost of return. Your order must be returned to us in the condition in which you received it. Nupafeed Ireland will not accept cancellation once the goods have been opened, used or damaged after receipt.
If for any reason the goods are faulty when you receive them, Nupafeed will either:
a) replace the item free of charge
b) refund the price paid by the buyer
c) agree a reduced price or alternative compensation with the buyer.
If you receive faulty items, please provide us with photographic evidence of the damage. Whether or not we need the item to be returned will depend on the nature of the damage and the agreement made between Nupafeed Ireland and the buyer in each individual case.
Nupafeed Ireland will cover the cost of returning goods if the order has been damaged in transit or if incorrect item(s) have been delivered. If you are unable to use the product due to an unsatisfactory delay in delivery, we will cover the cost of returning the goods only if we are responsible for the failure to deliver. Nupafeed Ireland are not responsible for delays caused by bad weather, an inability to contact the buyer/recipient when necessary, or when the courier is not able to gain a signature or safely leave your parcel.
Changing Your Order
Please note that we dispatch items on a same working day basis, so please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order in any way. As long as the parcel has not yet gone out for delivery, then we are able to update your order in any way you would like, including changes to delivery information.
Unfortunately, once your parcel has been dispatched we are unable to make alterations. Please either place an additional order, or if necessary contact us so that we can cancel delivery and agree a solution.
Nupafeed Ireland is committed to protecting your privacy and we will not share your information with a third party unless it is required in order to complete your order.

We are likely to keep a record of emails and correspondence made with Nupafeed Ireland.
Details of transactions made through our shop will be stored. We record your name, address, contact information and details of previous orders for the purpose of invoicing and service.
Data relating to your use of our website such as traffic (number of visits on a page etc.), operating system used (whether you are on a PC or mobile etc.) and location data (what country you are in).
Any payment transactions will be encrypted and carried out through our appointed agent through a secure site. To take your payment details we use PayPal. Select Nupafeed Ireland employees are able to access the information stored and will do so purely for the purposes of completing your order.
We pass your telephone number and/or email address on to our couriers, DPD solely for the purposes of delivering your parcel and informing you about said delivery.
